Mission Statement: To provide scientifically based nutrition information to clients. Nutrition design and consultations will be based on Primary scientific research information. The MaxCondition Nutrition team takes a multi-disciplinary approach to nutrition. The team brings a wealth of practical experience and scientific knowledge as it applies to nutrition.
Nutrition consultations and programs address five criteria
1) general health
2) performance in sport and everyday life
3) body composition
4) adequate consumption of essential nutrients
5) individual circumstances (including metabolic , health abnormalities, specific goals)
MaxCondition Nutrition is willing to debate any statements made by them in a formal or in-formal setting.

About Jamie Hale
Jamie Hale is Sports Conditioning Coach, author, gym owner, fitness and nutrition consultant. He has contributed to numerous exercise and sports publications (nationally and internationally). He has authored five books. Jamie is a member of the World Marital Arts Hall of Fame in recognition of his conditioning work with Martial Artists. He is considered by most in the industry as a specialist in agility and sledgehammer training. Also known for his ability to get bodybuilders lean and dry as bone for competition. About Gerda Endemann
Gerda Endemann is a scientist and a nutrition educator in the San Francisco Bay Area. She holds a B.S. in Nutrition from the University of California at Berkeley and a Ph.D. in Nutritional Biochemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. For more than 20 years, she has conducted basic research on heart disease, inflammation and cancer in academic laboratories and in the biotechnology industry. She is an author of numerous publications on these diseases in scientific journals.

About Alan Aragon
He has over 13 years of success in the fitness field. He earned his Bachelor and Master of Science in Nutrition with top honors. Alan is a continuing education provider for the Commission on Dietetic Registration, National Academy of Sports Medicine, American Council on Exercise, and National Strength & Conditioning Association. He speaks to a broad audience including universities, scientific conferences, and major corporations. Alan recently lectured to practitioners at the FDA and the annual conference of the Los Angeles Dietetic Association. About Emma-Leigh
She is currently working as a junior doctor in a rehabilitation unit of a major hospital, while also running an international consultation service in the areas of Nutrition, Supplementation, Physical training, and overall health and well-being. Emma is involved in work at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research in the Diabetes and Obesity Center. Her background is in Veterinary Medicine, where she studied for her first degree.
